All adult sessions are charged $150 regardless of treatment options such as EMDR. Please know that all sessions are currently via telehealth.

It is important to me that therapy is accessible to as many people as possible which is why I offer a sliding scale for clients who need a reduced rate. During our initial scheduling call, we will discuss your income and budget needs to decide on a rate that works for both of us. I want to ensure that you receive the care you need while also maintaining the sustainability of my practice.

I do not accept insurance at this time. I completely understand that this reduces accessibility. Please see the FAQ page for more information on this decision.

I am happy to provide a superbill for those seeking reimbursement from their insurance provider. This is a detailed form about your session which includes service provided, diagnosis codes, and other necessary details to submit to your insurance company. These provide reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. I highly recommend reaching out to your insurance coordinator prior to using this method so you are aware of their process and the amount they reimburse for out-of-network mental health treatment.
